Gen X Energy

Scott Kicker brings with him over 25 years of experience in the development, financing and operation of power and LNG projects and has spent much of his career in emerging markets in Asia and Latin America. Before Gen X Energy, Scott was a Senior Vice President at Venture Global LNG, a US LNG export company and prior to Venture Global, Scott spent 18 years at The AES Corporation serving as President of AES Asia from 2012 through 2015. As President of AES Asia, Scott was responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the AES portfolio in Asia, leading business development and restructuring activities. Scott began his career at Destec Energy in Houston, Texas. Scott has lived in Bangladesh, the Philippines, Singapore and Taiwan, where he has worked on over 16,500 MW of generating capacity valued at over $20 billion.
