Harsh Ahluwalia brings a career of accounting, finance and transactional experience in the power and LNG sectors. Previously, Harsh worked as a Vice President of Development at Venture Global LNG, a US LNG export company, and as Chief Financial and Commercial Officer of Jyoti Americas, an electric transmission tower manufacturer. Prior to Venture Global and Jyoti Americas, Harsh spent more than 15 years at The AES Corporation serving as Managing Director – Projects, where he worked on M&A transactions and led a global team responsible for successfully structuring, negotiating and closing EPC transactions (for all AES projects from 2007 to 2012) for more than 4,000 MW valued in excess of $4 billion with EPC contractors in Asia, Europe and the U.S. Before joining AES, Harsh ran his own accounting, auditing and tax practice in India.
